Hand and Stone

I truly enjoyed the hot stone massage and pampering myself. I was able to completely relax for the hour long massage. Everyone I interacted with at spa was helpful, friendly, professional. My massage was on-time and the facility was very clean, overall a great experience!

I tried booking my initial appointment online twice and had error messages. So that process did not work for me. However when I called to make an appointment it went very well.

Joanna is highly skilled, professional, & friendly. My skin was amazing after having a facial with her. I WILL be back. Thank you, Joanna.

All the employees were great!! My masseuse was fabulous and knew what she was doing. I will be coming back.

Wonderful experience

My massage therapist Kayla listened to my needs and offered an approach she felt my body would respond to well. I was highly relaxed. Following my massage, the owner gave me water and a Kind bar as I was feeling a little light headed. The staff was supportive and kind.

Everyone - and I do everyone at Hand & Stone Bradford - is exceptional. This praise includes all massage therapists, facial technicians, staff and even the owner Brad and his family. I live next door to a H&S but drive 20+ minutes to this location because of the excellent service, atmosphere and personnel. I love this place so much I try to bring a guest on a gift card each time I have an appointment - I want to share the special feeling this H&S gives you.

Steven has a friendly and calm demeanor that contributed to a very relaxing experience. He was able to work out some 'stress' in my back without digging into my muscle. Stacy is extremely knowledgeable and made my face feel and look fabulous. I do not book facials with anyone else!

Kayla was my therapist and I was extremely satisfied with her knowledge and her determination to find the problem and fix it. She used pressure points to locate and was tenacious in trying to work out the knots. All the while checking to see how I was doing. She was excellent!

Everyone is very nice, easy to schedule appointments, everyone is on time.
