Two things. I’m horrible with names. It would be helpful to have therapist names and pics. Like they do at health facilities. Secondly, online bookings takes less time and is more convenient. IMHO

I always feel as though I am important and Steven knows my body well. He knows the right pressure for me and knows what my needs are without me having to say. He asks if there is anything he needs to work on that is different than in the past. he is very attentive to my needs.
