Started right on time. Increased pressure of massage when requested. Went back to a specific area when requested.

The message therapist asked me what I needed. Therapist delivered on my request. I have been coming to Hand and Stone for years. I am always satisfied.

The massage therapist and esthetician were both very knowledgeable. As a nurse I appreciate when other members of health and wellness explain things so I understand the rationale. They weee both friendly and addressed my concerns.

Therapist was truly amazing and checked in on pressure at least twice. Receptionist when I checked in was very nice. I loved the music and nature sounds the therapist had in the room.

The therapist worked on my areas of concern. She was nice. When I asked about the membership I was given information but not pressured.
