Hand and Stone

Alicia did an outstanding job listening to my massage needs. She was delicate in her approach to certain sore knots in my back. During my visit, my stomach became upset from an earlier lunch. She accommodated my request to end my massage early and provided me with fresh water while I waited for my wife. My experience with Alicia and the receptionist staff has been outstanding. I certainly appreciate not only their professionalism, but their ability to provide a relaxing environment.

Nancy gives great facial. Love her calming demeanor. She is. Very knowledgeable.

Ana, at the Hand & Stone in Westminster, is a GREAT massage therapist. Every month I see Ana and she is always friendly. But most of all she makes me feel wonderful for the hour that I get to see her. It is something I look forward to every 4 weeks.

Till around 5. I leave at 3:00 to get Travis. Home at 3:30. It would s a nice time for kids. some times Jacob visits for a little while. sometimes a train. Home then 3:45. Mom

Staff is always professional, friendly, and welcoming. My massage therapist, Colleen, is amazing and I always leave feeling relaxed and with relief of any aches and pains that I went in with. Since I started having a monthly massage at Hand & Stone, I have not had a single migraine... and that was over a year ago! That alone is worth every penny.

I have been frustrated with the turnover at the location I go to and have not been pleased with several of the people they put me with. Phyllis was super knowledgeable and effective. I was going to cancel my membership but I will hold onto it a little longer to keep seeing Phyllis. Let's see if you guys can keep her as it seems all the good ones go away.

Phylis is great. She explains everything perfectly. She offered stretching techniques to help with the knots.
