Love it there! Therapists are amazing. Reception area is way too busy with retail product and clutter. That is all.

Anna is absolutely amazing!! She is the best by far! I did have a negative experience when scheduling with her...whomever scheduled my appointment via phone didn't actually make my appointment in the computer. Then when I came in the receptionists weren't very friendly, barely even made eye contact, didn't really even greet me or ask if I wanted anything to drink. I've been with hand and stone a while and I've always had nothing but positive interactions with the front desk until recently. Which is not a good change. But again...ANNA IS AMAZING!!!!!

Everyone was very friendly and very pleasant. It was a wonderful experience. They explained everything. The hot stone massage was fantastic and the facial made me feel like new person. Very relaxing - just what I needed! I will definitely come back again when I want to pamper myself! Thank you.

I've always been treated well by the entire staff at this location. Everyone behaves in a professional manner - it's a very nice break from the day to day routine.

I like the staff makes me feel welcomed and known. Alicia, massage therapist, knows intuitively what to do/ what pressure I like/ the rhythm of the strokes- Excellent massage work. - only recommendation I would have is to offer free upgrade, or free aromatherapy for wellness members each month. Something catered to those who just do massage. Give free small bag of scented empsom salt etc,,
