Massage therapist was very knowledgeable and good at sharing information during and after the massage, but not in a way that was in any way inconvenient during the appointment.

Anna is the best! She does a great massage and really makes sure to focus on the areas that need it most. The front desk staff is also really great. They are all very friendly, they remember my name every time I come in, and they are very efficient.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Reception was calm but not so fancy that you feel intimidated. Facial was my first and enjoyable and Libby asked me if I wanted to know what she was putting on my face since it was my first time or if I just wanted peace and quiet. I appreciated the option. I also appreciated that the products descriptions were general without getting so descriptive that I felt like they were pushing products on me. No one likes to be sold something when they are trying to relax and I was glad this didn't happen here.

The massage therapist Michael is one of the best I have found at performing deep tissue since joining Hand & Stone. The front desk staff are also very friendly.
