It was rescheduled after the original appointment was canceled.. it worked out, but required a change in my schedule.

I couldnt rate as highly because it was my first time. I had nothing to compare it to. I wished she had not used the swaddling with sheets method. It is more comfortable when you are free under covers.

When I joined 4 years ago, I was locked in at one price. Now 4 years later, the price of my membership has increased and I got no notice that it was going to increase--from $59.99--to now $89.99. Trying to use rewards is not always easy.

I'm highly satisfied with my massage therapist, which is why I keep coming back. Would really love it if we could schedule 90 minute massages in the app!!

I get so many cancelled appointments that I can’t choose my massage therapist and ended up with a contractor instead - which is ok but every time I go in not know and every time it’s different

My appointment started late and then we ended early. I probably got a 50 minute massage even though I paid for an hour. The massage did feel good though.

I am a member and purchased gift cards to give out to friends and family. I learned that the gift cards are applied to my account, even though I am given an actual card to give to my friends/family. Some of the cards I purchased no longer had any money on them, because reception used them for my services, instead of ensuring they stayed on the cards I purchased. The receptionist acknowledged this "known" issue, though had no resolve, nor intent to rectify the problem.
