The membership price is expensive. Availability is difficult unless booked several months in advance. Wish pricing was more affordable and easier to earn rewards quicker.

It's hard to book or change appointments. The quality of the massage varies (I found the two best!) I'm very aware of time (lack of) during my massage and I wonder if there's a way to create more spaciousness during the session?

I like the place and the people. There’s always room for improvement.

Price increases are a nuisance

I felt like the first 10 minutes of the facial were an infomercial for available products. Never having had a facial before, I found this very intrusive and irritating, and not at all relaxing. While I enjoyed my facial, I don't imagine I will get another one.

Issues moving my appointment from one time to another because Maria was mad. Very unprofessional. Was also told I could only use a max of two gift cards so my third would only be for full price. I am pretty sure the person who gave them to me didn't know that. Seems silly since even with a gift card I still spent $80. This location is a total junk show and that is why I no longer am a member. However, April was AMAZING!!

There have been a couple of times where I have had issues with the billing. The front desk staff had once double booked me for the month, which meant I got charged once even though I hadn’t gotten my massage for the month yet. All resolved, but a smidge annoying.
