Hand and Stone

The ability to customize the appointment wasn't great I was trying to book a massage for both a friend and myself but was only able to find 1 appointment. It also wasn't very easy to add on services to the appointment.

I am highly satisfied with my massage therapist and she's the only reason I come to Hand & Stone.

A reschedule was requested from H&S which I accepted. An earlier, different time was then sent via confirmation text which I was confused on what time to arrive. I had the later time in my head and made it to my appointment late because I did not want to have to push back a massage 2/3 weeks from availability. Everything was handled great, I simply didn't want to have to rebook several weeks later.

I had a 6 pm massage scheduled. I wasn't taken back until 6.05 and massage was not started to 6.10. Massage was over at 6.50.

I am satisfied with the services that are provided. The availability is scare, and I have been cancelled on a few times after already waiting for 4+ weeks.

You did good the price going up will make it difficult to continue so not to happy. That’s life.

as stated staff not welcoming upon arrival this was only my second massage ever.

I did not know that the spa only had one diamond treatment machine and it must be booked in advance.

It is very hard to get appointment timely and with a female. Different receptionists said different things about my membership. I am unclear what my membership entails.
