I was very satisfied with Savanah. I rarely give the highest rating simply because I always believe there is room for improvement I became a member the same day as the appointment and have already scheduled next appointment. Savanah was amazing. I’m hoping after a few more treatments, I’ll see improvement to th3 redness in my sk8n

I was sold the membership over the phone and was very miss informed. The receptionist when we went in was very confused herself with the information given along with stated she would reach out to management. Also I was a little dissatisfied with the area of concern and pressure. The massage therapist was super friendly and knowledgeable. I did book again to try again and possibly verbalize concerns to the massage therapist. I am still lost with services for membership and prices of services with the membership. Also unsure if I will be billed once or twice for my account?

The therapist had back to back customers & I don’t know if she was tired, but I told her I liked good pressure & her pressure was super light. It was more like just rubbing oil on my back and not a massage.

I feel like the massage was amazing and I would love to go once a month to get a massage because I feel like they are beneficial I felt amazing afterward but I just felt like the price was unreasonable. I only went because I was given a gift certificate from friends. I was offered the membership upon checking out but again the cost of the massages just seemed too much.

The reception staff was not very friendly, and when I was checking out, she tried to get me to sign up for the monthly plan, but was not able to communicate the sales pitch effectively. When I said I was not interested, she was a little rude about it. I felt that the reception staff was not very informed or welcoming.

I'm pretty happy with my service and experience over the years. If I wasn't, I'd have left already. When I've had an issue, I have raised it and it's been resolved quickly.

Morning of appt, receptionist called to say that esthetician had called on sick but they could still do my massage. Couple of Hours before massage, called to say woman not available, is male ok? I said yes and massage was good. Just surprised that both appts were changed due to personnel

Some scheduling issues. I was scheduled every 2 weeks through end of year and those appointments somehow dropped off and I could not get rescheduled as therapist was already scheduled. They did end up helping me.

I was satisfied with my services. My massage was great, AM was great too. Everything was fine. I would return for another message in the future.
