My experience was good, no complaints, but the only thing that I could say I was highly satisfied with was my therapist.

I used to getting a 90 minute massage. You don't offer that. I wasn't called back until my hours was supposed to begin and it was over before an hour had elapsed. Very disappointing.

did not see results the receptionist did not offer water this time. I will be moving and there is not a location near me.

I am still establishing a relationship with my massage therapist and I need to get better at asking for more pressure.

Just some electrical issues in the building that cause the room light not to stay dimmed.

Services and products are too costly. And other previous month I wanted the coconut drops for water and they were out. They said they were putting me on the list to call the next week when they came in which they never did. I ended up buying them on this visit. Then a few days later thru suddenly decided to call me because “I was on the list for when they came in”…yeah a month ago! I already bought it on my own cuz you didn’t bother to call! Nice job dropping the ball! And $20 is way too much for something that lasts a week! Won’t buy them again. (Some of your receptionists could care less about those standing in front of them or doing their jobs. The one the last visit was better.

My therapist Alex was awesome, the girls at the front were great and everything was clean and nice. I was referred by my coworker who pays 69 a month, I received a flyer in the mail for 69 a month, and verified 69 a month when I called. But was charged new rate 79. I started a new membership at 79 but im not sure if I will keep it because of price. I'm currently member at massage green spa and they are 69. This is my only concern everything else was perfect

The massage therapist was very knowledgeable regarding specific types of massages that would help relieve my aches and pains. They also provided information regarding prevention between massages and treatment post massage. They did a great job with the massage, I would like more feedback regarding frequency necessary to maintain peak performance.

I have come to hand and stone for several deep tissue massages and I have always been charged the same amount. This time they charged $20 more for deep tissue and claimed it was a specialty service . This change in company pricing should have been disclosed when I booked the appt.

It is so hard to get the same massage therapist. The employee turnover is really high
