My appointment didn’t start on time. In the prescreen client form, I requested that my massage therapist wear a a mask and he did not nor offer to put one on when he saw I was wearing one.

I was a member prior to the Pandemic and was told my rate would remain the same. I was then told that Hand & Stone would not honor my old rate and increased the cost.

My massage is supposed to be for 50 minutes. I was called into the room at 10 minutes after 10 in the massage was finished at 10:50. Hence the massage was for 40 minutes and not 50. The massage self was excellent, but I’m paying for 50 minutes not 40.

It is so hard to get an appointment with a therapist I am comfortable with - the one I had stopped seeing clients on weekends - the other canceled on me twice because of illness and it was over 60 day wait to get in - I prefer to go bimonthly for massage but am lucky anymore to get in monthly unless I book months in advance

Not impressed with product line. Expensive for what you got

I'm mostly concerned with how far out the available appointment days and times are. If I'm have sudden aches I would prefer not waiting 2 weeks to get in

Therapist attempted to address my neck concerns. She used her hands to run over my skin but no use of fingers to work on the knots. Rest of massage was repetitive movement of her hands down my back, up my back, to shoulders and neck then repeated those motions over and over. The same with movements on the glutes. She never stopped anywhere to see if there was a particular place that was tense or knotted. The entire massage was just one fluid movement with no specific attention anywhere. She did not stand at the side to work on one side at a time. She was always at the head of the table. My lower back was ignored. Sorry, but a robot could have given me the same massage. Hope that helps.

Already had microdermabrasion added and both receptionist and esthetician tried to upsell to another service. Lots of push to buy products. Made it not as relaxing as I was hoping for.

Temperature of the entry area was quite cool. Otherwise, the experience was what I expect from a massage
