I really enjoyed the experience,only thing was it was my first time and the receptionist said he would add the lavender for free in my massage, and then I got charged for it.So that was a little disappointing , I did add a tip of 15 percent, on top of the extra 10 dollars for the lavender. Just want people to keep their word. I didn't say anything and I should have, but it was a nice massage. Thank you.

I had some unexpected low back pain later into the evening and next day. It didn't bother me during the session, but I will most likely have them avoid this area next time.

I wish there was a longer option. The 60 minute appt isn't for 60 minutes of massage time, and I need every minute of massage time possible!

I have a ton of points and my therapist mentioned that I could use those points for various services including aromatherapy. I chose aromatherapy but when I checked out the front desk said that my points don't cover aromatherapy so I was charged $10.

I asked my massage therapist to work on specific areas but she did not really address my concerns. Other than that, very good massage.

A little more expensive than previous facial experience

Getting appointments is a challenge with the shortage of massage therapists. Appointments are booked weeks and months in advanced meaning you can get in within a shorter duration when in pain. I now see another massage clinic who can take same day or same week appointments.

Alma is a great therapist. She was extremely effective and put me at ease.
