My therapist didn't address my toes when massaging my feet. It was a let down when therapist stopped at the balls of my foot. My toes felt left out.

The use of multiple services in one visit is a bit confusing. I have banked a few months of credit, but using those versus points versus what I have to pay out of pocket for is not clear.

It seemed like there was a lot more down time in this facial than others I’ve had - I.e. time when the esthetician was just waiting for mask treatment to finish. Seems like they could use this time for massaging neck or arms

I was satisfied altho I was in a lot of pain and could have really used the therapist to spend more quality time in that area.

After having two appointments canceled it took about another month to get an appointment with the therapist I wanted to use. I wish you held spots for established clients so this does not happen. Also, with there was a membership level for 90 min massage without having to pay out a fee each time.

The website makes it difficult to select the correct type of appointment: most people do not know what kind of facial they want and have to select that in advance due to the website.

Had a older gift card was told it had no value- too old. was told by reception i would receive a receipt by email- have not received. VERY satisfied with esthetician- she was WONDERFUL. I purchased MANY products. When I got home I call and spoked to receptionist - requested he ask the esthetician what tinted moisturizer she used so i could come and purchase or get at another location if they did not have. gave him my cell number - still no response. I have been a member in the past -still have several gift cards on file. Most likely would join again if I am able to utilize gift cards. (would like to know current pricing for membership). I think gentleman receptionist was new- that is OK (everyone has a learning curve.) - I was just hoping he would send information to me.
