Hand and Stone

It was a good experience for a therapeutic massage. It doesn’t have the frills of more spa-like massages (no changing room, no transition area) but it gets the job done. The massage itself was very good, just the environment was less than what I typically seek out.

The massage experience was really nice and I have no complaints. I reserve a highly satisfied rating for something absolutely fantastic and awesome.

So I guess I picked wrong stuff I’m not disappointed in my service. I just thought I would the front and back massaged. On this visit. Your all good love the girls up front.

My message was good. I wanted to schedule my next appointment but there were NONE AVAILABLE for the next three or four weeks. Hire more therapists!!!!

It was okay.

When I booked my appointment I asked to book a 90min hot stone massage. The front desk would not book it and was trying to talk me into other upgrades. I just said not to worry about and and booked a 90 min appt. You also have a website I am supposed to be able to use to schedule appts and it never has worked. Every time I ask for who to contact for assistance no one knows

I was a member at the Cave Creek Arizona Hand And Stone for many years and never had a problem with any of the therapists or receptionists there. After spending many months in Colorado due to a surgery, the receptionists at the Westminster Hand And Stone we’re extremely rude on multiple occasions, not knowledgeable, & incorrect & snotty while answering my questions! Never have I ever been treated so rude in any establishment EVER! As a result, sadly I did quit my membership at the Cave Creek location and after 1 final service I paid for, will not return ever again to your establishment due to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
