It was an average treatment the girl did a great job. I got this as a gift. I like my person better sorry.

No reason in perticular. I feel there is s always room for improvements

I was called, texted to change appointment time. I agreed still got continued messages on old time. With new time confirmed and still received messages on confirming. For the price I just wish it would've went longer.

I enjoyed the massage I think a lower price would offer more value. The noise from surroundings affected the quietness of the room. Joe was great and checked in on pressure and temperature

No temp checks for people coming in...Not able to book online and lack of knowledge on how to fix or no reply when I ask and email for assistance

There wasn't anything above and beyond a satisfactory experience. Everything was very nice and lovey nothing was new and delightful.

Maria was very good, but i felt a little rushed. Use of hands when applying products was too rapid, as if she was in a rush. The neck and shoulder massage was excellent and very much needed.

Therapist listened to what I wanted pressure wise. The environment was clean. The atmosphere was relaxing.

My daughter went to relax and therapist chatted about her personal stuff entire session. Front staff unhelpful with knowledge of my many certificates to use. Paid fir aroma Therspy and just a hint in a Kleenex was used
