Too much time may have been spent on my problem area, which made the attention to the rest feel rushed.

Expensive next to other facilities offering the same quality. I mostly return to this one because of the proximity to my house but I realizticall could save $15 a month going elsewhere, which I have looked into and am highly considering.

Chloe was very friendly and targeted my problem areas. Receptionists were very kind and friendly. The cleanliness of the facility was great! I like the measures they took during COVID.

I felt the therapist talked a little too much, and I wasn’t able to completely relax. I booked an hour massage, and I think it was only about 45 minutes if that.

Sure do enjoy the Westminster location I go to. Out of all the locations I've been to, this one is by far my favorite! They're always so nice and patient and answer all my questions. I will be going back asap.

I have the membership, I happen to have 3 months to use on my account. The esthetician tried using all 3 on procedures for this facial. If I hadn't asked a lot of questions to understand I would have burned through $210 for 1 facial. Really made me mad when I left and thought about it. I don't mind adding on a treatment, but seriously "all three packets" as she called them, Wow.

The website booking was not working. Asked when I called to make the appointment and they knew nothing about it. Very surprised not had one temp check or continued screening for COVID since reopening

The convenience of the location was great. The staff was friendly. I did not like that every little thing was an add-on with its own expense and had I been paying more the the introductory rate the cost would not be worth the experience. For what we spent here today we could have gone to a full spa and received a massage and a facial.

I am highly satisfied with my experience. I just don’t make many recommendations to friends.

Price is a little high.
