People are nice. Massage therapist listens to my wants. Natural products are used.

No temp check during the COVID when entering. The facial steam did not work so did really experience that- total time with steamer was less than one minute so didn’t feel relaxing. I was not told about the “Additional” services provided, that they were not included in the facial until check out and I was a little sticker shocked. However, they removed the added fees since I was not told and it worked out. When I called to make the appt, I was given a different price over the phone since the gift certificate was given to me by a member than what it actually costed me she. Walking out. The only way to get the same price that I was quoted was to sign a membership which I am still debating if I should cancel or not. IT did not fee like a “spa day” that I have had at other places- I also said I did not care for The Dermalogica product line as I have had experience with it in the last and the mask in this line was still used during my visit. The esthetician was very friendly, just was not transparent about the “extras” that she did. She made it sound lime it was part of the overall facial experience.

Previous times I’ve gotten facials at this location were overall just more relaxing- it is my favorite hand and stone location. I was just slightly disappointed due to the many good experiences I’ve had there.

1)I mentioned I liked the head massage, and I felt like more time was spent there than the rest of the massage. I didn't need more, just for it to be included. 2) I added on the foot therapy and thought that included pearfin - I'm pretty sure it did last time. It wss not included this time, and I felt the foot massage wasn't very long. That's really it - I mostly enjoyed the experience - it was long overdue.

My massage therapist is great and she's what keeps me going back. But paying for a membership I couldn't use while you were shut down for 3 months and trying to find appointment times now is a nightmare! We should have had memberships frozen while you were closed or at least given the option. If appointments don't open up soon, I may have no choice but to cancel because I'll have so many pre-paid.

I'm not a fan of the covid distancing cage like atmosphere at the front.

The process of completing the new waiver form could be improved, it took four emails for my husband and I to finally receive the correct form and be able to sign it via Docusign. Also, the check in and out process feels rushed and impersonal. I know it's due to COVID, but no one wants to feel like they are an inconvenience.

Massage was just ok nothing stood out to move it to the highly satisfied category. Due to the July price increase that is coming I am thinking of stopping my membership

Hard to breath wearing a mask while getting a massage. Massage therapist was nice but talked a lot. Even harder to breath during a massage when being talked to and asked questions. Towards the end she stopped talking and really gave a great massage.

I was highly satisfied. I'm happy with my current therapist and will continue to come to the spa.
