Friendly receptionist and massage therapist(Ann). Massage was fantastic and Ann was very good at asking me about pressure my problem areas and gentle. I highly recommend and will be back very soon.

I am very confused about the time amount for actual massage. I know an ‘hour and a half‘ is Counted as 80min. Does that include the dressing time at end and beginning or is the other ten minutes for the dressing time? We talked about adding on 30 minutes but that brought the total time to 100 minutes not 120 minutes so that was a little frustrating or confusing. Massage was very good but she talked a lot and was interesting and nice but I like quiet but next time I will mention before hand

Booked an appt with a specific therapist then was called saying that therapist was no longer there and no other spots avail on that day.

It was during COVID-19 so I feel like some of that was more just the weirdness of the experience not due to Hand and Stone directly but more just our reality in this season of COVID-19

Overall I was highly satisfied

The facial was very good and Katie was friendly and professional. However, I didn’t want to make another appointment or commit to more sessions right away but felt a little pressured to do so.

I don’t see a huge improvement in my skin

The therapist brought me back late. When we went into the room it was 2:08. He completed my massage at 2:55. When asked for more pressure it was not changed, he also was rushed, so my problem areas were not truly worked on. I also requested a peppermint scalp massage, didn't get it. He was nice but truly not the best, actually this was the worse experience with a massage I have ever had.

The new male receptionist was not as friendly as the others. Also when I told him I would not leave a tip but make it up next time, he did not seem like that was ok
