i really wish you did the full 90 minutes- thats all. also i get ready really quickly and hate waitimg okn the table 10 minutes. otherwise a grea5 experiemce thank you!

The problem area in my back was worked on very well and I am very happy with that. Therapist did respond well and adjust as needed when I gave feedback in session. The work done when I was lying on my back was not the best but it was not the majority of the massage. Also, I felt a little "choked" a couple of times, and the application on my clavicles was uncomfortable. I didn't mention anything about that because I was trying to be open minded. By the time I thought I should say something that application wasn't being used anymore. Massage started a little late and ended 10 minutes late. I appreciate getting my full time and then some, but I had somewhere to be. I would have rather had a discount, or free add on for next time rather than go over in time. Or, therapist could have checked with me to see if it would be ok to go over by 10 minutes. He said I would get my full time, but I don't think that was clear enough. I thought I was getting my 50 minutes, but I'm pretty sure I got more time. I assumed he had someone after me. Still a very good experience and I will keep coming back.

The wax formula is terrible. I had a very knowledgeable and efficient esthetician who did the best she could but by far the worst formula I've ever had touch my skin. I have been a member for over a year and a half now and was very disappointed in the wax formula. Please improve the wax formula as I would rather go the H&S over anywhere else but I won't be back until the wax formula is improved.

Massage did not focus on problem areas enough

Therapist was not good.

The person running the reception desk was nice but all over the place and perhaps his sales tactic is confuse them into enrolling but I signed up with the promise of a free massage on my account and I doubt I’ll see it.... I think he was making promises just to get an enrollment, afraid I made a terrible decision

This was my first appointment with Nina and I liked her massage style and techniques. I plan to book future appointments with her and we'll fine tune my preferences for a perfect massage experience.

I initially booked my appointment online. When I showed up they didn’t have it. I’ve repeatedly reported issues with online booking and no one has ever fixed it. The receptionist took great care of me, but I don’t like showing up for nonexistence appointments

it was a wonderful experience. i was comparing my 1st answer to going to spa at Four Seasons hotel - although this was Wonderful it was not the same.

The massage was nice, however the room was a little dirty (stains and spots on the wall, not very inviting) and the lack of noise control was bothersome as I could hear doors closing and people talking in other rooms while trying to relax. Massage was good. Facial was good.
