I am typically only able to schedule appointments for Sat and Sun, yet your female therapists are always fully booked by the time I figure out I will be able to come for a massage (wed, thurs, fri is when I find out). Fully booked, that's why I have paused my membership twice and still have 10 un-used treatments that I have paid for ($600 worth of un-used treatments? I call often, and only about one out of 4 calls results in me getting an appointment.

The ambience could have been a little more pleasant. However the staff was helpful and did their best to make me comfortable and perform a great service.

When I had my facial, the anestitician’s movements were way too fast. I could not relax! She needs to slow down

Receptionist was not welcoming and friendly.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Hand and Stone because of the friendliness of the staff. I was also satisfied by the quality of my facial service and my estheticians willingness to listen and cater to my needs.

My massage therapist is amazing, she is the reason I keep returning. The reception staff is just ok but I’m not coming there for them.
