The person that booked the appointment asked for a heavy handed person. I was not expecting to pay for a deep tissue massage. the pressure applied was fine but common for a heavy handed person and not for the extra cost. I was surprised when I checked out, but did not say anything to the person at the desk as I probably should have.

During my last massage appointment, I was in a different room than normal. This room must have been right next to the break room/laundry room, and the whole time I was getting my massage it was extremely loud. I definitely did not achieve the relaxation that I normally do.

It has become almost impossible to get an appointment unless you plan ahead a week or two and wait. This is my only complaint.

Felt like more time was spent on my neck and arms then was spent on my back and that was my problem area.

The only thing that may have made it better was while waiting. Receptionist offered a drink but more rapport would have maybe made me feel better Ben more welcome.

There was a mix up with the scheduling of my appointment, but it was quickly resolved and did not effect my spa day.

I had 4 credits on my account so I booked a 90 minute appointment I ended up having to pay $30 instead of being able to us part of the credits on my account. Had I known this before, I would have just booked a 1 hour appointment.
