Past massages with other therapists have been able to relive pain. I felt the therapist touched all muscle groups I mentioned but didn’t get in to work out the tension.

I felt a little rushed during my appointment.

Had a very good massage from Clhoe. She listened and focused on problem areas but still provide a full body massage. Right amount of pressure was applied and she seemed in tuned to my reaction and comfort. Not a lot of conversation but that's not why I go. She gets a 9.9 in my book. I did feel like time was cut a little short.

It was ok. nothing extraordinary but price was right. I was satisfied enough to sign up for membership.

I felt a bit rushed when choosing products.

The music was not relaxing! Felt like it was upbeat elevator music. Made me jump when it changed between songs. It was also really loud.

My appointment did not start on time. I don’t use all my monthly passes, so I get behind and have a build up of available appointments. This Esthetician was a little rough, not as gentle as the past ones I’ve had.

Therapist was friendly. Therapist was knowlegable. Room was comfortable.

Esthetitician did not indicate what products he was using and more specifically what those products were for. It took him over 10 minutes to find out what upgrade options I had and to offer them.

Massage was a bit too rough. I felt very sore that evening and next day. Also the room was too dark, causing me to trip over a chair.
