We have had a membership for several years. We are very satisfied with the services and the staff. The cost is significantly less than what we were paying at a local hotel chain and massages are better.

Chelsey is the best. Very friendly, knows her stuff, listens to my particular needs re: face. We laugh a lot during the relaxing procedures.

Caitlin is such a skilled therapist. She honors my desire to not talk ( most therapists eventually over time start to talk during the appointment, and she never has). She is welcoming and non judgmental. She is so so excellent!

My therapist was exceptional in her skills and found a wonderful balance between professionalism and friendliness. The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Because of this overall experience, I chose to sign up for your membership program. These staff members deserve recognition for their great work and care.

The staff is always friendly and offers a drink while I am in the waiting area. It is easy to add hot stones or essential oils to my massage when I arrive.

I like the flexibility, options, and discounts of having a membership. I did however, disagree with the way my gift card was applied at my last facial appointment. The way the front counter applied it to the tip and products instead of applying it to the service as I had asked, cost me $10 more in the long run. Plus she used my pre-paid for that visit when I wanted to use it for my massage yesterday.

It's always a professional experience when visiting hand and stone. The receptionists are effective, unlike previous franchise I used to visit. And I love my therapist!

My massage therapist was very polite and knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable. Touch point therapy is his specialty. (I think that is what it is called) He used that on some troubled areas which was very helpful. He shared that it would be helpful to take an Epsom salts bath after the massage. I did, and it definitely helped.
