Hand and Stone

The room that I was first brought to did not have a table that had a working bed warmer. While it was no big deal to move to another room, and the therapist handled the situation beautifully, it surprised me that there was again a problem. Past problems included an alarm that couldn't be turned off and a computer in reception that crashed. While this is all minor, it is the difference between a great experience and a perfect one.

When I scheduled my appointment I specifically stated that my husband had purchased a membership for me and I wanted to make my first appointment. Imagine my shock when upon leaving I was told I would need to pay for my facial because the funds would not be taken from my husbands account for one more week. This should have been explained when I made the appointment so I could decide if I wanted to choose a diff date. I was very unhappy about this and the receptionist had a very difficult time making sense of this.

The massage therapist was chatty. She eventually became quiet. I wish there was a way to indicate that as a client I don’t want to chat during the appointment after the initial greeting and check in ahout injuries, CO Serbs areas of focus. She is a great therapist and this is not unique to her

Just wanted more pressure and work on one area that I had told her about

The reception area was crowded and my appt started late with no explanation from the receptionist. Another lady waiting at the same time as me had to go up and ask why her appt was late.

I always look forward in going to get my massage. The speaker in the massage room didn’t seem to be working the best. I can’t wait until my next appointment.

She seemed tired and not really wanting to do the service. Disappointed in the massage, I’ve had much better massages there! Not very friendly, said she meet me in the hall after I got dressed, she never showed up, so I left!

I like to get an extended massage. I want to use the points I earn as a member to pay for the time extension, but I am not allowed to do so.

I have only been to one other hand and stone location, but this location was underwhelming. The other location hand multiple different fruit infused waters and just made it feel more like a spa instead of just another walk-in massage place.

The therapist did not apply adequate pressure and was not very smooth when transitioning two other body parts.
