Enjoys nmt massages

By Enjoys nmt massages | 5/28/2018

I was satisfied with my experience. Just answered neither here nor there for some questions because they were things that don't matter to me or I didn't pay attention to.

I originally had an appointment at 8am and the massage therapist called in sick making me reschedule. Jackie did a great job however and I absolutely enjoyed the massage she gave.

I could hear a baby crying for quite awhile during my massage. I understand that stuff happens, I just hoped the rooms would be a little more noise blocking. It made it challenging to really relax.

My appointment did not begin punctual and the receptionist didn’t say a word. My therapist is really profesional and polite. Phyllis is the best for me. Just I don’t know if the session is about 50 min or less.

I chose this spa over others because of the point accumulation. I like a longer massage, but I can't always afford it. I used to be able to apply my points to lengthen my massage time, but now that is no longer allowed. I find this change in policy to be ridiculous.

The turn over of the therapist is high. Once I find one that I really like, they are gone. I would also like the option of an eye pillow when on my back.

I had purchased gift cards while I was working in anticipation of retiring. I had no idea they expired. Not one person mentioned that they would expire. So I had to give back a card that had expired. I was very upset about it. That was and is the only time I wasn't treated extremely well during a visit.

What we thought was knot was a swollen lymph node that was being massaged...neck felt bruised the next day.
