It was not an an outstanding message. My therapist was as sweet as can be and I feel she did her best but it was just not great compared to other experiences that I have had.

Waiting room was cold. Massage room was cold. Masssge therapist was just okay.

First off, the appt was booked via a gift card web site, spaweek.com, which specifically stated that your specific store location accepted the gift card, which upon payment after services, the receptionist could not get the card to be accepted as payment. This was frustrating. Second, we each paid extra for an extra service, one each, mine was a hot towel foot massage, and hers was a hot stone special. My question is, for the 15$, what extra did we get? The time was still 50 minutes...So I paid 15$ to have hot towels, and she hot stones, for the same time? I guess we assumed, this was in addition to the 50 minute massage. Even an additional 5 minutes would have been worth something. If these services are in lieu of the massage time, I feel it should be noted prior to the service. Other than that, the facials and massages were as expected, and felt wonderful. I booked a Dermalogica facial and extra services were added on with no mention of an substantial extra cost ($60). I wasn't asked if I wanted the services or told there would be an additional charge for them. I may or may not have agreed had I known how much they would cost.

It wasn’t the best massage. More the therapist than anything. I would come back, but I would not go to the same therapist.

I would have liked more information on the facial products being sold in the shop, but didn't really have time to delve in too much, so I cannot say truly dissatisfied. Even though the receptionist did help answer some questions and gave me samples which I appreciated.

It was clean, comfortable but just didn’t have anything that set it apart from any other massage place.

Appt started late and ended too early, not completely compensating for time lost. Reception did not offer beverage upon entrance as other locations do. Extra charge for deep tissue, haven’t experienced that at other locations
