Every time I try and use gift cards with positive balances on them, they can not be found in the convoluted dateabase. I end up calling your customer support after every visit. I spent close to a half hour trying to pay. It is a frustrating way to end a spa day.

If you keep up the good work and are consistent then I would give you higher marks. This was my introductory visit. Maybe your team was good because they wanted to make an impression and sell me on the monthly facials.

I was so excited as I was given another gift card from my boyfriend after I had such a good experience last time. I went to the Arvada location and had another wonderful experience and a wonderful massage. I still had a credit on my account and got an eyebrow wax, then thought I had leftover for another massage. The receptionist informed me since I had been in before I would now have to pay the member rate. I was treated to a gift card because I can't afford a massage on my own and can't afford the higher rate. I will let my boyfriend know to get a me a gift card to a different massage spa as it is not feasible to pay so much more when I want to be treated to something special. I would not ever want to recommend this place only for the high prices when you get treated with a gift card. So bummed, it was truly such a nice place to come to. Overall, this has been a discouraging experience, when it should be incredible.

I've gone through 3 therapists and they keep leaving. I'm tired of training people.

Things just seemed a little out of sorts this visit with appt. starting 10 minutes late. Maybe understaffed?Music wasn’t working but therapist used phone which worked. Usually offered other upgrades but not this time. Overall still satisfied just not highly

The experience was great but no one went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The pricing of some of the products is more expensive than other retailers. Although it is not a big deal, I am usually offered a water or tea upon arrival but was not this time.

I don't like being upsold while in the middle of my service. It makes what is supposed to be a relaxing time uncomfortable and makes the whole thing off putting. If you want to up sell me on services do it prior or after.

I wish I would have been able to coordinate my schedule with Karli's. She may be the best massage therapist I have ever experienced.

Massage therapist seemed to be rushing but she knew her stuff. It just isn't a good fit for me.
