I'm satisfied, everyone was very nice. I am very happy. This survey is sort of strange by not accepting satisfied as a positive remark.

I don't like that discounts/coupons are only for additional upgrades to your service. For a customer like myself who doesn't get upgrades it doesn't save me money. I pay a membership fee to hopefully receive these special discounts. I would save more money to not be a member, as I do not come in monthly.

I wish the experience was discussed more as I was not sure what exactly was all done.

I live 80 miles away and recently cancelled an appointment and was sursprised to learn that my money will not be refunded. I may have to cancel my membership due to the Colorado eastern plains winter weather.

Product prices were discouragingly high. I may try another Hand and Stone closer to home. This one was closer to my granddaughter's home - which was why we chose it.

everyone was friendly and it was a pleasant experience but not stellar which is why I did not rate it as highly satisfied. I enjoyed the relaxation of the facial but did not see any noticeable results. I would prefer that if the aesthetician recommend a product that they discuss it in the privacy of the room instead of in the lobby where it is more difficult to ask questions due to crowds of people.

Therapist kept disconnecting when she would apply more lotion. She didnt keep contact w my skin which didn't help me relax. I wasn't completely at ease

This was my first time getting a facial so I was not sure what to expect, or how they usually are facilitated, but it seemed that the whole time she was just pushing products on me and trying to talk me into spending more money. I felt less like she genuinely cared about my skin's health and more like she was just looking for profit. She was nice and friendly but it didn't feel personal.

The service is ok, just that for me it's expensive when I need to go at least once a week because I have been struggling with muscular pain and that's why I'm trying this massages. There is no way I can pay around $300 in a month.

Massage therapist I have seen all seem to have the same technique. This experience was less than satisfactory (and perhaps their is a policy) as I mentioned I was having hip pain. No massage went further than right above my knees. So my primary area of concern was never addressed. If there is a policy, that should be communicated. I have found that going outside of Hand & Stone is often where I get the best massages because they address ALL areas of the body - hips, buttocks, neck. I also had a lot of knots in my back and I felt that not enough work was done to try to get rid of knots. A massage therapist can feel these and should be addressing (or at least asking about) these areas. I feel like most of the massages are very "templated" and very similar to the last therapist. It doesn't feel personalized. That being said, I did have one at the Lakewood location that was AMAZING. I have built up 6 massages, so I will use them, but may not renew after. I can get a personalized massage for the same price and schedule when I can go, as opposed to paying every month and accumulating massages that will take me awhile to use due to a hectic schedule. Thank you!
