I appreciated the friendliness and positivity of the staff. Everyone also seemed to genuinely care. I also like the warm towel and coconut water. It was a nice touch that Massage Envy does not offer.

I wanted a deep tissue massage and was told there was a $20 add on fee. I thought that the fee was a bit excessive.

Feel like the spa has become complacent

The massage therapist was new, she didn't drape well, massage was more of a rub down, she used a lot of oil and didn't do a full body massage as I requested.

My massage was good. Nothing wrong with it,, I just have problems with my back, neck and shoulders. Next time I will do a longer one

Receptionists seemed fake

I was looking for a facial and massage. First was told that a massage after a facial was not recommended. Second the appointments were not consecutive. In conclusion I was only able to get one treatment. The esthetician Nancy was great!

Just the atmosphere.... I know y'all are a chain, but the atmosphere in the waiting room and sometimes the massage rooms, is corporate more than cozy/comfortable

Those providing the services did a great job. The cost just seems higher than deals I can get at other places.

I asked about products and services the front wasn't very specific about the pricing of other services, how I could start a new service or if I had any questions about any of the products.
