The only issue I have with this Hand and stone is it seems that there is a HIGH turnover rate with therapists! In the past year I have had 4 therapists that have come and gone one of them just recently who was amazing and was perfect for my needs! I understand that you can't stop therapists from moving on it just makes me wonder why so many come and go so quickly! I love everything else it is a bit on the costly side especially since I have had so many different therapists in the past year.

When I callled to book my appointment when I checked on them after my service it was noted that one of my appointments was never booked had I not checked that would have been upsetting but staff was great and thank goodness spot was still open. I also booked a massage but therapist had family emergence but offered a facials for same time so that was nice

I reserved a 80 got stone massage & was only given a 50 minute massage.

I sometimes forget to make my appointment or forget when I schedule one. I would receive reminders to make an appointment and a reminder text the day before an appointment and was asked to confirm. That stopped a few months ago. I appreciate the text notices.

She was nice just seemed inexperienced did not address concern of left neck shoulder area Room was chilly Felt like at times she was using a massage tool Only checked on pressure in first 5 minutes of an 80 minute session

At my first visit, my therapist upgraded me to a deep tissue massage, despite specifically stating I did not want to upgrade. Also, the massage was not even a deep tissue massage and was hardly even firm pressure. However, my second experience was much better and I was satisfied.

I missed a massage appointment by 10 minutes, I did not receive a call or text confirmation. I had to pay an additional $25 to recoup my massage.

All the therapists I've seen in the past have left and I had to start over with Anna. She did a great job, but I like to see the same therapist all the time. It's a great frustration for me.
