I always feel welcome upon entering the spa. Chelsey is an amazing employee. Always friendly and knowledgeable about my needs and wants.

I loved the receptionist! I forgot her name but she helped update my payment information and was super sweet. As well as my massage therapist Joe was incredibly helpful with my back pain. He told me various ways to improve my daily life and I enjoyed the small talk!

I think the benefits for the price are good. I like the serene atmosphere. I think the people that work there are very experienced in their fields.

My therapist, Chloe, is so good and addresses my problem areas as requested. She uses the right amount of pressure. The majority of my happiness with Hand & Stone is due to Chloe.

Alex is a great massage therapist- his knowledge and professionalism are a rare find.

Esthetician and staff was very friendly. My skin was glowing afterwards.

Because my massage therapist is very good at what she does, with just the right pressure.

Room was clean, quiet, therapist had good skills and communicated with me regarding pressure preference. I didn’t know I could request things like dimming the lights which she did when I turned face up but I would like the room as dark as possible as I am sensitive to noise and light. That’s my fault but I know now. The only issue I have is that after joining the club the front desk did not know if H&S had an app or the website in order to track points. I had to figure it out so I signed up for the app but my past visit and points are not on my account yet. I also did a review for points from the QR code in the room but those points are not appearing in my account. At least not yet. I dislike when there is a point system and then it has issues being correct. Something to consider improving.

This was a Mothers Day gift from my son and daughter in law. My therapist was Chad and he gave me the best full body massage I have ever had. He listened to me but respected a quiet session as well. He focused on my back, arms and legs. It was a very pleasant experience.
