The staff and therapist are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Very clean and ambience is perfect.

For the stress relief I find it highly important to be there. My therapist does always ask if there are specific areas to work on.and does a great job of listening.

I look forward to my visits because I get the same experience each time. My therapist knows me. Appointments are on time and staff is friendly.

It was a stressful week, I booked an appointment last minute for the same day of service. Wound up with a new person doing my facial. Emily! She made me comfortable, and explained things to me while she did her magic. I will be requesting her by name in the future!! Vickie-

Loni is amazing at working out my aches and pains. She is able to get deep into the muscle to get it to release. I used to enjoy the salt stone added to the massage but I think the price increase is excessive and since I spend approx. $150/wk plus tip, adding another $40 starts getting to be too much.

I've been very happy with the service, but I wasn't aware of accruing points. I might also have a coupon but haven't been made aware of whether I could apply it when I've been there. It would be nice to have a portal that I could check to see which months I've used services I paid for through the membership, with a gift card, or with cash.
