I've been very happy with the service, but I wasn't aware of accruing points. I might also have a coupon but haven't been made aware of whether I could apply it when I've been there. It would be nice to have a portal that I could check to see which months I've used services I paid for through the membership, with a gift card, or with cash.

I had a hot stone massage. I loved the heat! Therapist was very concerned they weren't too hot. Seemed to genuinely care about my comfort level.

I had a lot of tension in my shoulders and I made my therapist aware of this. She really focused on that area and I felt so much more relaxed after the massage. She did a great job! We also had great conversations too!

Everyone is super friendly. Chaz is very good at knowing exactly how much pressure to use at working out all of my problem areas.

Easy to schedule. Several GREAT massage therapists. Good communication/reminders.
