The receptionist was nice and friendly, offering water and she’d let the therapist I had arrived. I waited less than 3 minutes in the lobby. The lobby was nice and relaxing. The massage room when clean and the music was nice. The therapist, Chaz, was friendly had great pressure, made sure I was comfortable. He was easy to talk to and then didn’t talk when I didn’t and let me relax but would talk if I did. He was great and the overall experience was great. Expect for masks.

The process getting booked and even changing my appointment earlier in the week was very easy. My massage therapist was very friendly and did a great job. I appreciated the coconut water following the massage, too.

I am dissatisfied with the member online portal. I can't see how many massages I have left, history of massages & I have trouble booking on line. So much so that I don't even try anymore I just call. Please spend some money to make it incredibly user friendly for your clients/members.
