Hand and Stone

I am a Massage Envy member but went to Hand and Stone because I simply have not been able to get in to a ME location for months despite trying multiple different locations. I did not plan on becoming a member or joining any program but I was so pleased at how I was treated and the availability of appointments that I joined the lifestyle program the receptionist guy I dont remember his name but he was so friendly, personable, funny, and welcoming.

I really liked my lady that did my facial. She was friendly and did a good job.

I was totally relaxed and I even may have fallen asleep. I know I was ready for a nap when I got home. I have been under a lot of stress, so it was nice to feel so relaxed.

My skin is absolutely glowing after my facial. Julia did a fantastic job addressing my specific skin needs and the male at reception (didn't get his name) was very friendly and didn't push the membership on me. Definitely coming back here!

I’m always called by name. Staff and manager are genuinely friendly. They listen when I raise a question about my day’s appointment or a concern I might have that particular day.
