I had my appointment booked for 1:45, on my drive there, I ran into traffic. I called and was told that as long as I arrived within 15 min of my booked apt I could still be seen. I arrived one minute after 2pm and ran to the door. My esthetician Maria was at the front waiting for me and was able to complete my facial.

My masseuse was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She made conversation and it was very nice to be able to ask questions and not feel like someone was annoyed about it. She was kind and prompt, I left feeling great!

The massage therapist was great and made me feel very comfortable. I felt like she was really working to make me feel better and not just aimlessly going through the average cookie cutter massage. The only complaints I have about this membership is that I find the availability for appointments is not ideal, especially last minute appointments. As a mom, I can’t schedule a massage two weeks in advance which makes it hard for me to get in for a massage. Also, we should be able to cancel a massage online, especially if it’s more than 24 hours away.
