Katie is very kind and extremely knowledgeable regarding the procedures and the products. She addresses issues with my skin. She suggests products that will help but isn't pushy on the sale.

The esthetician and the massage therapist whom I've used were both very friendly and knowledgeable. I liked that the esthetician gave me the option to talk or not. The appointment rooms are very soothing and the heated bed rocks. I liked the option to include a blanket as well. And didn't feel rushed to leave when my appt was over.
