Katie was very knowledgeable about the products, process, and my concerns. She answered all my questions and made recommendations but wasn't pushy. After the treatment my skin feels wonderful.

Alma was very friendly and knowledgeable. She addressed every one of my needs.

Staff is always so detail oriented and friendly, my therapist has ana amazing talent and I am grateful she shares it with her clients will always come back

Nina was wonderful. Just the right firm pressure. She listened and responded to my specific needs.

Overall I was highly satisfied because everyone is friendly and the service itself is amazing. I did feel rushed and like I was a bother when I had questions about other services. Like I was breaking a rule or something. I don't know, it was just weird. I blame it on covid though.

I absolutely am very pleased with Hand and Stone and especially thinks that both facials and massages at all the locations are great. A special recognition however to the one I visited and experienced on 6/27/20 was off the charts!.. Nice job..

Karlie did a great job and in the past Allie gives great facials.

I always get a good massage from Nina. It’s incredible to me that she can keep up the pressure that she does. I will reschedule with her at my next available time.

I provided my card when I booked the appointment to hold my spot or get charged if I didn’t show. I don’t think I should have had to verbally give my card over the phone as well for the exact same reason. You guys need to find a way to link it.
