The spa is always very calm and welcoming. They are taking very good precautions to prevent the spread of Corona Virus. The therapists are always professional and the receptionists courteous.

It was very professional but very friendly. They dealt with the covid-19 stuff very well. It was amazing, as always.

You tell that they took the COVID precautions very seriously. I felt safe and knew things were as clean as possible. I have been coming here for years and always have a good experience. My only negative I see is that it's busy a lot so I can't get same day or next day appts.

My massage therapist is instrumental in chronic pain management. The facility is clean and inviting. It is obvious the facility staff are adhering to guidelines regarding the coronavirus.

Slowly returning to a limited normalcy after Covid isolation, my massage on 5/12/20 was excellent. Katelyn has been excellent for me for a long time, once a month. It was a pleasure seeing her after 2 months of lockdown. Kendra is beyond capable and efficient. Both women deserve recognition by H&S as being excellent representatives of the high standards I expect as I assume as do you.

I was highly satisfied with my service because I was able to book it the day and time that I wanted, the receptionist and therapist were both friendly and kind and I appreciated the cleanliness and following of CDC guidelines due to the virus. I cant wait to schedule my next appointment!
