I love the Payment plans .. the convince of different locations ...I also love the atmosphere!

The massage exceeded my expectations mostly due to therapist Alex. He was extremely knowledgable and helped me understand some possible reasons for my tightness. He was attentive, listened to what I wanted and provided an outstanding experience. I had intended to simply use a gift certificate a friend had given to me but ended up purchasing a membership due to outstanding service from Alex.

Katie was awesome. Lots of fun.

Julia Smith is very knowledgeable and friendly. I allowed before and after pics and was so amazed at how well she new my skin and made it so beautiful! I will see her again.

The staff at Hand & Stone are top notch. I appreciate their friendliness, thoughtfulness & efficiency. Alex is an AMAZING massage therapist. So grateful for his skill & expertise. He really helped ease some painful areas!

Great friend service each time I go

My esthetician was very good. The products used during the facial are very good. They were polite and on time.

Chloe was very knowledgable & understanding of my hesitation since it was my first time ever getting a massage. Very accommodating & talked me through everything to make it an amazing experience altogether.

Brian and Kara are amazing and deserve a big raise. I have never had such professionalism and skill in massages and facials. This is our 5th Hand and Stone we have visited, and it is light years ahead of the others.

Lovely experience - greeted warmly, taken in promptly, and given an excellent facial. Also enjoyed a lovely cup of tea. Would do it more often if I lived in the area!
