Overall Kaitlyn does a great job and understands my needs. The reception is always warm and welcoming. This location does a great job!

Didn’t use fragrances which I am sensitive too. Asked about pressure and if she could work my gluts. Made sure I was covered in proper areas.

I requested a relaxing, not too hard massage, just to relax before my medical procedures next week. I left feeling relaxed, both mentally and physically. I thank Nina for doing exactly as I asked. When I heal, I will return. It will take approximately two weeks before I'm ready for another heavenly visit. Thanks to the entire staff for all your understanding during the last six months. I truly appreciate all of you. The massage on Thursday made me feel relaxed and unencumbered for the first time since December. Again, thank you all.

The pressure of massage was great. The massage therapist made he feel safe. The spa was clean and charming.

Gina was great, starts off gentle and then works to the pressure I wanted. I felt super relaxed, and wished it could have gone longer.

I really like Nina very professional and friendly.

Katie is fantastic, she knows her products, and she knows my skin , and makes suggestions for future appointments.

Chris is wonderful. He is thorough, has good pressure and is accommodating and friendly. I have seen him several times now and each time has been excellent.
