Chloe’s massage was superb; I was able to get in to see a massage therapist within a week; massage, check in and scheduling more massages all were excellent.

I have developed relationships with a couple of providers and services are consistent. On this visit I heard people at the front desk discussing one of my favorite front desk clerks who was not here this evening and thought that was weird. Chloe is amazing.

Emily has performed my facials many times. I always ask for her when booking and am able to get right in.

Loni is amazing. She is able to alleviate the pain in my knees each time. She's kind and very polite and keeps my appointment on time. Also, Loni listens to my feedback and responds accordingly.

New prices are a little high, wished the same base price would have been honored for current members.

Alicia is a fantastic therapist. She does allows you the opportunity to relax, by not trying to have conversation the entire time. My experience would be better if the waiting area was not at the reception desk and the hallways were less noisy. Massages and facials are a time for relaxing, not dealing with outside noise.
