Chaz does a great job concentrating on the places where I have the most knots and being responsive to any requests for more or less pressure.

Hand and Stone has been a welcome relief from the other company I had a membership with. Appointments are easy to book, the rewards program is excellent, and I have great service every time (reception and therapist). I have purchased gift cards for friends knowing they will be treated well. Thank you!

The therapists I tend to choose apply the right amount of pressure and I like their technique. I like the options for massage lotions. I appreciate though do not expect that the receptionists know me by name.
