I always find the staff helpful and the waiting area comforting and relaxing. Everything feels clean and fresh.

I had Chris for my therapist. He was AMAZING. I've had him twice and he did great both times. He focuses on exactly what I am telling him is hurting and tells me what his approach is to help relieve the pain. He also continued to check on me to make sure the pressure he was using was okay which I really appreciated. He said i was very tense and really needed the massage but of course did not want to hurt me. Chris os my go to guy for massages from now on!

I was very satisfied with my massage and the whole experience because everyone at hand and stone massage make you feel so good and they want your business and I'm more than willing to keep coming back. I always feel so good and everyone is so nice. I always feel so wonderful after getting a massage.

I had and always have wonderful massage therapists! Reception is always welcoming warm and helpful! I had some scheduling trouble, but the front desk worked to accommodate my needs! I was very happy! The added touch of a chocolate rose lollypop valentine was a nice surprise. Thank you!

The staff is very friendly and helpful and very accommodating in getting the right therapist for my needs or requests. You always get good therapists but they move on ! Need to give them an incentive to stay is my suggestion.

The entire experience was wonderful. The receptionist was great and helped me get my daughter signed up with a membership. Both Lisa and Alex were amazing and so grateful they are at Hand and Stone!
