I stopped going to Hand and Stone 1y ago as I was frustrated with the therapist turn-over. On average, every other visit I would be informed my previous therapist had left and was assigned a new therapist. The frequent changes reduced effectiveness and introduced variable quality. Since returning I have had Anjennette consistently spanning 6+ visits. She is the best message therapist I have ever had. She is skilled, knowledgeable and the consistency has allowed her to understand what works for my need. As long as she is working out of H+S I will be maintaining my membership.
