My therapist was Fantastic! She was thorough and addressed my problem areas. She asked a few times if pressure was ok and responded to my request for the bedwarmer to be on. I enjoyed the aromatherapy!

Karli was awesome and did a great job helping me relax.

Receptionist knew me as soon as I walked in and was very friendly. The massage therapist listened to my request to work primarily on the pain in my shoulders and neck, and did a great job on the massage.

Phyllis was professional, had the correct pressure and always helps me with my aches and pains due to overuse and stress!

Shayla is wonderful and made me feel extremely comfortable during my whole appointment. She listened to my needs, made suggestions, and I could not be happier with my experience.

First, Chloe at Westminster Hand & Stone is by far the best massage therapist I have ever had the pleasure of booking. She is warm, receptive and extremely good at her job!! Hand and Stone customer service is exemplary. I've seen several therapists and all have listened and provided what I requested. The facility is always clean and inviting.

Overall it was a great experience, but out of the 3 of us only 1 got the extra service requested on the sign in sheet. Should have a better plan in place for making sure masseuse actually knows and does the extras. We weren't charged for them and the receptionist handled it very well. Just disappointed my friends did not get their services as this was a gift before her wedding.
