Fataki is the best. I drive past many other spas, including other Hand and Stone locations, to have an appointment with him. The facility is always clean and smells great! Vivian from the front office is excellent. I have always been pleased and impressed with her. My only complaint in any area is, at times, the period of time left on hold when trying to book an appointment over the phone.
