Hand and Stone

I am a member and always use Kendra. The receptionist told me I had enough points to get a facial if I would like one. There was a person available so I got a facial after my massage. Loved it!!

I always receive a warm and quick welcome. There are never more that two guests in the waiting area at a time which says to me the staff is efficient and I appreciated that. My esthetician was very knowledgeable about skin overall and up to date on that variety of products that I use. She was also able to advise me on which products to continue using, which ones to replace to address the needs of my skin.

I was happy my appointment was available on the same day. That is unusual and why I do not come in more. Esthetician took time addressing my skin concerns.

Kendra knows me enough to know my areas that need extra help. She's always accommodating & helpful. She makes me feel at ease and I always walk away feeling a ton better!

I really enjoyed my Estheticians Ms. Kimberly, she was very knowledgeable , kind & attentive to my problems areas. I will be visiting her again she made the visit warm and relaxing.
