Fataki is an excellent massage therapist, I really should be watching my money but I do enjoy the services at NRH Hand and Stone location and so I keep coming back I really appreciate that I can pause my membership when needed (please don't take this option away). Please to do everything you can as a company on behalf of your workers. If you put your employees first, they will be more likely to do the same for their clients.

When I walk in the door, the receptionist welcome me in by name and offer water while I wait. My therapist, Jennifer is awesome! She always asks what I want to specifically work on and what pressure point is most comfortable for me. My massage was great! Jennifer worked on my upper back and shoulders first, which is what I asked to focus on and then worked on the rest of my body. Awesome massage! The receptionist was again friendly and happily helped me book my next massage & facial appts.
