Everyone was positive and friendly. My therapist spent time where I asked her to. She used appropriate pressure and checked often if things were good.

I appreciated that my massage therapist listened to my concern, which is, because I teach in an online virtual environment, I have a lot of tension between my shoulder blades. She opened up the space between them and I feel so much better this weekend! :-)

Satisfied with friendliness of staff and grateful for their communication about changes that sometimes happen. Ambiance of location is always soothing.

The receptionists were so friendly and knowledgeable. Took very good care of me. Jennifer, my massage therapist was excellent! She was very attentive and asked a couple of times how the pressure level was and was very knowledgeable about what might be causing my discomfort I needed her to address. I love this place.

Great customer service and great value

Everyone was very friendly and professional. Chauncey explained the products and what they were good for. She told me my skin type and what products would be good. She was very gentle and professional. I purchased the monthly membership so I can come back monthly for a rejuvenating facial.

Everyone was very friendly. It is always very easy and quick to book appointments when I call. The girls at the front always try to find what works best for me when scheduling and the facility is always clean!

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The masseuse listened to me and focused on areas that I asked her to. The room and all spaces were clean.
